I want to take extra time to express my sincere appreciation of my sales rep, Jarrod Lovett. Not only was he knowledgable about the vehicles we test drove (literally ALL of them), but his integrity was the best I have ever seen in my buying experience, and I have purchased the highest level German cars. He was thorough; when he said he'd return my call by a given time, he did - without exception, and I knew by the end of my buying experience that I could trust what he said to me. THAT is the kind of sales person you want on your team. He took care of me every step of the way; he was by my side through the entire experience, updating me on progress on finding the car I wanted and progress during the sale, so I always felt I was number one on his mind. Not only will I recommend Lakewood Fordland, I will specifically tell everyone I know to seek out Jarrod. I am taken aback by the great service he provided me. Great job Jarrod! I was a skeptic about buying a Ford since I've always owned expensive German cars - You made a believer out of me that service can be excellent at any price point!!!
